NOMINATING COMMITTEE ELECTION

 Pursuant to the Association’s By-Laws, at the regular meeting held in March of each year, the Nominating Committee, consisting of five Active Members, three of whom shall not be Officers or Directors, shall be elected by a plurality vote, by written ballot, of the Active members present at such meeting. The member receiving the greatest number of votes shall be the Chairman thereof. No member shall be eligible for election to the Nominating Committee who has not been a member of the Association for at least three years.
